Job Responsibilities
I am a teacher and behavior modification person. what I mean by
this is that all of the students I work with are on probation.
As an instructor, I not only teach them educational
requirements, I work with them on their behavior and personal
goals.

Job Requirements
Classes are small compared to regular schools so we have a
pretty good lead way as far as hands on learning. Our overall
acidemic courses including regular high school courses and
preperation for the GED. If the occassion rises when we have an
exceptionalty bright student, independent studies are set up for
the student to excell in their best subjects. Our schools also
offer varied specialized cours works such as a scuba diving
program or a wilderness program.

Uppers
Working with the students. It is very rewarding when one of our students
graduates college, or gets that great job. It is even a very good feeling when
we have accomplished getting one of our students back into regular school and
they graduate, rather than end up in prison.

That is an easy one - when we lose one of our "kids" to crime.

Lifestyle
The hours are long and the pay is less than satifactory. There are trainings
through out the year, depending on your position that you can attend off campus,
and is fully paid for by the company. There is a dress code for each of the
schools and this varies from school to school - for both students and staff.

Compensation
My base salary ranges right around 32,000 a year. We receive an
annual bonuse depending on the attendance of enrolled studes
rangeing from 300 - 1000 at Christmas. and we are offered a
great medical and dental plan after 6 months of employment.

Have a stout heart and love working with kids who have little at
home.
