Job Responsibilities
Member and Provider service for local, New England managed
care, and out of state members.
Process and handle escalated issues for large accounts, working
under deadlines and minimal supervision. (Banknorth, AAA,
Martin's point).
Effectively handle Anthem member and provider issues in a
professional manner to ensure efficient and appropriate
resolution resulting in increased customer satisfaction.
Assist Customer Service team leads and managers with special projects.
Member and provider correspondence, incoming and outgoing.

Job Requirements
High school diploma and 3 to 4 years customer service experience

Compensation
$13.65 an hour plus full benefits paid for and 21 days pto a
year, 5 to 10% of annual salary for bonus in February.
