Job Requirements
Classes were very discussion oriented rather than lecture-based
or based on theory.
Classes focus on real-life examples and situations rather than
basic theory.
Grading is heavily based on participation. Not a lot of tests.
Heavy reliance on writing papers as well.
Classes are generally very easy to enroll in but occassionally
there can be a problem with certain classes not being offered
when needed to be taken.

Hours are reasonable and flexible. Company social events are numerous and
enjoyable. Diversity is very important to the company. Dress code is business
casual Monday-Thursday and casual on Friday.
