Job Requirements
A High school education is all that is required for this
position.After bidding on and receiving job position a training
period is required .Training for posoion of Auditor is adequate
but for inspector training is insufficient.

Uppers
Auditing is a very fullfilling position ,very busy ,very active .If you don`t
like sitting for 8 hours this is an excellent position to have.Time goes very
quickly on the very busy days.

Downers
Auditing can be very hard on your feet and back as it is a very
physical demanding job.Not to be reccommended for someone with
back or feet problems.

Lifestyle
Work hours vary there are three shifts M-F 8AM-4PM,4PM-12AM,12AM-8PM.At the
moment there is absolutely no overtime.dress code is comfortable casual attire.

Compensation
Base salary $13.00 per hour .Insurance benefits,401K company
match up to 6%,Attendance bonus per quarter for 100%
attendance.Paid Personal Time Off- 8 hours per quarter.Paid
vacations.

Advice to Jobseekers
Job occupation for this position at Alcoa is uncertain at this
time. Personally I don`t see how they could manage to complete the
Quality Assurance of our products without auditors.
