Job Responsibilities
Process 100+ timecards. Answer phones 9 hours a day for between
1 and 4 offices (different locations). Set up job orders. Enter
new hires into the system and fax their info to Corporate
office. Assign tradespeople to sight locations. Enter collection
info for 4 offices into the computer system. Sort and distribute
or stamp and mail paychecks. Gather distict office info, enter
onto spreadsheet and fax to entire company. Make all necessary
copies. Fax all necessary paperwork to Corporate and regional
offices. Handle first reports for on the job injuries. Act as
liaison between tradespeople and Corporate office for all issues
including payroll and Worker's Comp. Request and fax requested
insurance certificates for and to Customers. Keep spreadsheets
updated. Order office and Tradesmen's supplies for 4-5 office
locations. Clean office (vacuum, dust, polish, sanitize
bathroom, etc.).

Compensation
Base salary is $12/hour. Medical coverage paid by me. No bonuses.
