Job Responsibilities
Provide support to Sr VP & CFO, VP Treasurer, Dir. of Fincancial
Ops and staff. provide support to Corp. Communications
regarding investor relations requests, respond to email via the
company website.

Uppers
Flex time, summer hours, dress code, employee sales.

Downers
That if you don't stay late or work saturdays during closings
(my job doesn't warrant that) that you're not a team player.

Lifestyle
Flexible work hours, no travel involved, social events ared employees only,
depending on the department you work for you may have to travel a little for
sales conventions (usually in a warmer climate like Miami or Puerto Rico - thats
where the last ones were).

Compensation
My base salary is lacking by abiut $5,000 - $8,000 - but if
you're hired as a director or manager you compensated well
(because you have recruiters that negotiate for you) and get
alot of perks us little guys don't get.
