Uppers
Managment is carefull not to overload staff with more patients than can be
managed. Here it really is patient care FIRST.
Directors/ managment all over the hospital is GREAT!!! We truely are a TEAM...
serving sick children.

Downers
Sometimes we have travelers that are unfamiliar with our large
facility... so staff has to take a bit of time out to help
with these new therapist. The only I guess bad thing about this
is it can slow your workload down a bit.

Lifestyle
This is an excelent CAREER... As a mother of three
children... You can't find a career that is flexible and pays
so well. I have enjoyed my experiences as a therapist
at ARKANSAS CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL more than I could ever have
imagined.The people are great... and happy to work
there... probably because good pay, resonable work load,
great appreciation for employees! If you are looking for a job
that is always in demand (for full time workers)... and also a
job you work PRN maybe sometime in your life... THIS IS THE
ONE! NOW as for hospitals, ACH is the best!

Compensation
Zero based CRT 21 hr.
ZB RRT 26 hr
There are no benefits for this position other than a bonus check
each year according to your hours worked that
year...........................$50-$1500
