Look for licensing partners, research new products, define and
review course in future research & development at 5 to 10 years,
development of new products for tomorrow applications, write
technical papers for Industry wide North America, Chair some
working groups, manage others working groups in our own industry.

Many travels worldwide. To be able to conduct meeting in several languages.
Market is the world. Interface with many different uses and customs. Interesting
approach for R&D in different countries. New products developments.

Too many travels: up to 4 to 5 weeks out of the home
office.Family problems.

Lifestyle
Dress code= very conservative. Tie required.
Working hours very flexible during travel up to 4 weeks at the time. Very few
participation to company social event.
Sometimes a different view from the local people.

Compensation
$150,000 base plus car.
Bonus based on the financial performance of the company.
Company loosing money due to the world competition.
Stock option useless as price of company's stock is now a penny
stock.

Not a great future. Industry users does not order new products as
fast the production capability of our industry is today.
