Lifestyle
You work roughly 60 hours per week, but often you work 80 or 40 or whatever. You
travel as you are needed. More senior people travel more to beg for cash, junior
people visit possible assets.
Intelligent collegues, no stupid social events, great location in East Midtown.

Compensation
$110,000 base.
$10K signing bonus.
20% garuanteed bonus, 30-40$ target.
Extra bonus based upon yearly income and goals met.
