The interview process is very unique in there are no actual technical
or job related skills assessments. Applicants are chosen on background
and experience and the interview is more about you as an individual
than what you are bringing with you to the company. The interview was
two fold with two different people. One is from the department you are
interviewing to be a part of and the other is with the human resources
department. An array of questions are given by each. You are asked to
relate real life experiences whether good or bad and how you dealt with
each one or given scenarios and queried as to how you will deal with
them. It is primarily an interview of personality and ability to work
with others in a caring and loving manner. Integrity is a major issue
and the company wants people who are sound in their approach to life
and the job place.
