priviledge of working for in my thirty four year airline career. The
company is unique in the way they treat their passengers and employees.
Each employee is viewed as a part of the team and family and treated
with utmost respect and appreciation. The experience is unique in this
industry and most passengers are completely thrilled to be treated so
humanely and with such courtesy and respect in what has become a cattle
car like experience at most other transportation services. The
schedule is very flexible with many opportunities to rearrange your
work time to fit your personal schedule as well as leaves with pay for
certain obligations. The corporate culture is very much an open door
policy throughout the company and the managers are truly approachable
and receptive to input by the employees. Dress code is business casual
and uniformed crew members are dressed in very modern and professional
attire. The opportunities to advance are limitless. You may rise as
high as your desires or expectations allow. It is a wonderful work
environment in every respect.
