Good at first but had 3 managers in 3 years. The first manager was
great, but then he brought in 2 women from his previous employer to
work as his assistants (yeah right). Then he left for a differnt job
and his main assistant took the managers job. Then She left and went to
work for him again at his new job and made the other women brought over
the new manager. This made everyone in the deptartment unhappy because
we have all been there longer but never even considered for the job.
This new manager came in and fired everyone who was unhappy (I hid it)
and only left those that would not give her any problems. She does not
know what she is doing, she does not know the technology, or how to
manage people. We are now micromanaged to death and everyone is soo
unhappy there. I am currently looking for a new job as I just cannot
take it anymore.
Oh yeah one employee sent an anonymous email to the CEO complaining
about the new manager. The CEO's response was to set up a meeting with
everyone in the deptmartment inlcuding the manager. Needless to say
nobody spoke against her at this meeting....duhh
