Small, tragic, disorganized, dysfunctional mess. Casual dress code -
main requirement was that you wear shoes, and on days that "potential
investors" were set to come in, you had to wear clean clothes - emails
were sent out on this. Regular hours. Little opportunity for
advancement - too small, executives too oppressive - fear of getting
the
boot (people were always getting fired), or mentoring people for fear
that their would-be progenies would advance beyond them (wouldn??t take
much, really).
