I think that with the current economical status we are doing
surprisingly well as a brand of the corporation. There has been some
profit loss, but we are visibly improving. Our strength as a brand is
our individuality and longevity as we have been in business for nearly
100 years. Our product quality has varied through the years, but within
the last several years our product quality can compete with all others
in our level of the field. with our signature diamond now available and
higher quality product constantly being acquired and distributed, we are
on a great track. I think our employee morale is very good in the
field, but I can only truly speak for the General Office, as that is
where I am every day. The morale here is extremely positive and team
work oriented with a consistant, how can we be better attitude. As I
said before, I love this place!
