The first round interview splitted into two parts,technical part and
behavioral part.Each part takes 30 minutes.
The technical part will ask you two cases to analyze. First one only
need some basic multiplication and division. The second one will ask
you to allocate the sale resources among physicians. To analyze this
case, you need to divide the sale resource into high,medium,and low.
And then graph the regression of each type sale people's performance.
Finally, you need to determine the totally profit will demonstrate a
diminishing return graph, which is like the bell shape.
Between two case study, they will ask you to describe the technical
detail of your projects or internship/working experience.
The behavioral interview will ask you what is your career plan, why do
you choose consulting, and what is your concern about consulting, such
basic question.
