I interviewed for a lower intermediate-level supervisory/management
position. I was interviewed by the local branch manager, the Area
Director of Operations, and the Area Director of Human Resources. The
main focus of questioning centered on my perceived abilities to multi-
task, to manage both union and non-union workforces in a sometimes
unfriendly environment, to respond to operational and logistical
challenges using creativity and resourcefulness, and my desire to grow
and develope as a manager through hard work and dedication.
