Job Title Salary Survey
Lifeguard/instructor The salary I was given was 5.35 an hour, and no benefits including no free parking. 5.35 was the base salary and we were supposed to recive a raise after three months, after six months I finally asked why I hadn't recived mine. Also there were different salaries for diferent times of the day, for example if I opened the pool I recived 7.00 untill 8am then I would revert to my original salary. Also we were expected to come in and help clean the week the pool was closed but no one told me so I had made plans, (I wasn't the only one) with exasperation my boss agreed to give me the time off. we were given no bonuses, stock options, vacation time or reimbursements.
