The employee moral is kinda down rightnow because the CEO is under a lot
of stress rightnow so it kinda trickles down to us. We have the best
fitness staff in this city though. Im sure we are more qualified than
most fitness staffs around here. We have many programs to offer almost
anyone. We have many child care programs plus programs for the
elderly. I think we have something for almost anyone. We also have
many sports programs for children. We do offer financial aid for those
that can't afford a membership. We pay for the memberships through the
Commitment to Childrens Campaign we have every year. We raise over
100,000 dollars every year just so we can offer free memberships and
programs to people. Our motto is no one is turned away at the YMCA.
Overall it's a very good place.
with flexible hours and good benefits with great retirement package. I
have no regrets of ever taking the job here.
