I have been working for Xerox Corproation for 21 years. I started my
career as a financial analyst and have moved and been promoted to
several positions around the country including an international
assignment for 4 years in England. The company value diversity, promotes
from within and there is clearly a great career path. The hours of work
depends on the job you do, however, flex work hours are allowed; dress
code is business. Xerox has been an excellent place for me to work, I
have advanced greatly and as long as my job continues to be challenging
and I have the exposure I require personally, I will continue to work
for Xerox.
The leadership and overall management have improved significantly in the
last 3 years and the company is on track to greatness. It's a great
company to work for and I enjoy being a part of the Xerox team.
