little or no politics. Amazing years of excitement, opportunity and
challenge.
Druid merged with FI in 2001 and Xansa was born. Immediately the
culture transformed from a can-do to a bureacratic and unimaginative
civil service style.
Ever since the culture has got worse, if you are unfortunate enough to
be based on the larger "sector" accounts like Barclaycard or BT then
you can expect minimal emotional reward, minimal opportunity and work
within an oppressive culture that is tense and going nowhere.
Xansa are running out of time culturally and economically.
