Current salary is $70,000/annually with small bonus potential of up to $5,000
annually (this does not include the generous tuition reimbursement program of
about $10K annually that I also receive), nor company matching on my 401(k)
plan,
etc.
My previous salary with other employer was $75,000 with no bonus but was with a
small CRO that I ended up leaving after 1-1/2 years due to continued management
problems.
Though I did not ask for nor did I receive a sign-on bonus upon hire, most of
our sign-on bonuses are in the $3-10,000 range (depending upon level of
position). Higher sign-on bonuses are possible for more senior management. I
received 370 stock options but will continue to receive this amount of stock
options every other year I'm employed at Wyeth. Standard vacation time for
someone in my position/salary level would normally be just two weeks/vacation
per
year but I negotiated to receive three weeks vacation. In addition, Wyeth
exempt
staff receive 10 or 11 paid holidays along with 1-3 floating holidays per year.
