I met with four different people for about an hour apiece. I met with the Inside sales manager, VP of sales, Plant GM, and the Worthington Steel President. A little intimidating, but very casual with the questions. They all were sincerely trying to get to know me, more than just going through the motions of another interview. At least they made me feel that way. The only specific question I remember is "ARE YOU WILLING TO RELOCATE?". I was asked that question about 10 times!!!!!
