the country. Their outlook is to move away from the maturation of the
industry and focus on innovation through the introduction of new and
exciting products. Strengths are their lowest repair rates in the
industry, strong distribution channels (Lowe's, Sears, Best Buy)
weaknesses are their inability to put together a diversity initiative
and follow it. Unwilling to decentralize departments (marketing,
finance, E-business, etc.) to larger cities to attract & retain diverse
