We operate under a bargained labor agreement on our site. I'm an hourly
employee. My wage is listed in our Master Labor Agreement. It is
dependant of
my department and senority. Starting wage is $12.00 for a 6 month
period then
your wage changes according to your training and Department. We have a
401k
that
the company matches up to 5%. 1 week vacation after 1 year, 2 after 2
years, 3
after 5 years, 4 after 10, 5 after 15 and 6 after 20 years of service.
We have
health care under "Cigna" that for hourly people is a 85%/15% plan with a
deductable depending on your plan. There are also 2 HMO options. We
have a
bonus pay plan that is based on certain areas of operation that is paid
on a
quarterly basis. There is also a year end bonus pay out based on overall
earnings.
