My salary package consisted of a base salary with year-end bonuses. Production
employees or brokers, bonuses are driven mainly by their book of business where
as non production employees get their bonuses based on work load and seniority.
The benefits consist of paid health and dental care, vacation and sick days, 401k
plan, and a profit sharing plan. I am very satisfied with the salary package
Westrope has to offer. It is hard to find companies who pay 100% of your health
care coverage any more.
