The greatest advantage for Westrope in this volitile market of pricing
is their reputation. Westrope, from the beginning, has built their
business based on intergrity and doing the right thing for their
clients. I believe, long term, a lot of companies say they have
intergrity and care about the customer but many times this goes by the
waste side. Not at Westrope. Westrope believes they have no desire to
be the biggest but to be the best at providing outstanding service and
quality to their clients and potential customers. The orientation of
our organization is built on a team approach that heightens employee
morale through our healthy compensation packages and year-end bonuses,
not to mention the people here are wonderful and have extensive
knowledge and experience in the industry. Besides me only one other
broker in training has no past experience with P&C market. I believe
Westrope has the potential to grow long term by staying focused on the
mission set forth from the beginning, continue to provide great service
and always do what's in the best interest of the client.
