Inventory Clerk Teamwork is very important with a company like ours. The better people work together, the faster things go and the quicker we get done and in turn the customer is generally more satisfied. In retrospect, the customer might recommend our service to someone else. There are many different aspects to the job as a clerk, every count is different and experienced clerks are very important because of this. The hours you work depend greatly upon your reliability and your availability. Certain times of the year there are lots of hours for everybody and other times there are mostly only hours for those who have proven themselves competent and reliable. Dress code is standard throughout the entire company for clerks with a blue golf shirt and name tag, black or blue dress pants and no open toed shoes. Hygiene is emphasized and grooming as well. The opportunities for advancement are only there for those who show interest and who are extremely dedicated to their work. Although the benefits of moving up in the company are not very good and at times during the year the clerks make more than the management. The company is growing vastly throughout the Untied States now with management positions opening up with every new office that gets opened and as the offices that are already running get bigger.
