Job Title Interview Survey
Management The interview questions were fairly routine in nature: what do you consider you major weakness/strength, what are your goals for your future, how do you see this job helping to meet those goals, etc. There was only one round of interviews. I was the last of approximately eight people applying for the job--all of us were female. The supervisor I've had for the past 21 years was the man who conducted that initial interview in 1983 (your chart selection only allowed back to 1990). He told me years later than the reason he selected me (the person with the least amount of experience at that time) was because of the "can do" attitute and enthusiasm I brought to that interview.
