It was basically only one interview. If you passed their little office
computer exams you were in. If you could pass their screening for
telling people what to do and keeping control of a call you were in
when they were hiring. The biggest interview question was whether I
wanted to work for DTV not. They asked me to make a tape of my voice,
so that they could hear my phone voice. Human Relations always does
the interviews. They tested your typing skills. If you could type at
least 20wpm you were in. They asked you how you would go about
handling an irate customer. They asked you what you thought your
shining quality was and why they should hire you.
