They have already expanded this department. I believe they even have a
Spanish speaking department now. They are a very competitive
telemarketing firm. In fact, I would say they are one of the best.
The products they provide are superb. They have great customer service
departments. I would have to say that when there is a merger going on,
employee morale always sucks. There are always problems that surface.
If a person can maintain their privacy issues, they would have less
problems. If a person can keep to themselves in a call center
environment, You will have less problems. Remember that in a "factory"
type setting, there are always bound to be ones who make problems for
you. In factories, it is noted that sexual harassment happens all of
the time, unless you have a big husband working there to watch the
other men. If you're not a private type of person, don't work in a
call center.
