My hiring process consisted of two rounds of interviews. The first round was with two hiring managers and weighted more towards providing me with information about the two job opportunities than the typical job interview questions. This situation arose because the hiring managers had already discussed my background with several mutual professional contacts and had alread come to a decision concerning my skills. The second interview was with the senior vice president over the area and mainly consisted of a description of the work and her management style.
