We have an incredibly unique corporate culture that empowers everyone to

in my location (we go as far as wearing shorts in the summer) to
business casual in other locations. Hours of Operations vary. My
location works from 8:30 - 5:00 Monday - Friday; however, we ofter try
to get people out early on Friday (2:30 - 3:00). Opportunities for
advancement are based on a persons contribution. I was promoted to a
director in under 2 years of being hired.
