Thy hihered certain top people and now it is very depressing to work for. There is certain reasons I cannot be promoted after being there for almost five years. They higher outside the company for positions that interanl people are qualified for. Dress code is great...hours was changed which had me very unhappy. to please other people in our deapartment. For some reason they will not do anything by who was there the longest. they is prejudice at my company but top people try hard not to show it. But not hard enough. There is very much immmaturtity with top people so that doesn't help...
