Current salary as an account executive is $40,000. Initial AAE offer was
$34,000. General entry level salaries at agency tend to be low thirties. No
bonuses but pay review is done with annual review every year, generally 5 % pay
raise. Full benefits -- 401K with company match, medical, vision, dental, life
insurance, health care spending account, metro benefits, three weeks vacation,
etc. No signing bonus and no special perks available. Stock options available
after one year.
