Interviews were done with roughly seven people at all levels of the
agency. Multiple rounds of interviews were required. Asked about prior
work experience, educational background, and future career goals.
Interview generally lasted one hour with each person, and the entire
process took about three weeks until official offer was made. Most of
the people I interviewed with are people that I currently work with on
accounts, which I think makes sense because you want to make sure that
you can see yourself working intimately with these people on a daily
basis.
