Job Title Workplace Survey
Account Executive Corporate culture tends to be conservative. Huge emphasis on being fully "billable." Managers/Supervisors tend to be supporive of career development and advancement. Very little diversity in agency, but good opportunitites for advancement are there for those who really prove themselves and produce quality work. Most employees have a relatively large workload and service a large number of accounts. Office has business casual dress code, but formal business dress is required at client meetings/events. Corporate culture varies widely across Weber Shandwick offices. No casual Fridays, no flex time available, and no extra "bonus" benefits. People here work hard, but there is not a lot of social interaction on a day-to-day basis. Top senior level people have little interaction with the junior staff. Staff is required to work a standard 40 hour work week, but many employees work roughly 50-60 hours per week.
