Manager Corporate culture is office is focused on the growing and retaining business, mcuh like any other agency. WS does it with an emphasis on taking care of WS employees. Much is done to deliver extra perks to the office through gym memberships, free Monday lunches, constant employee recognition and surprise office activities. By taking care of the employees, the employees take care of the business and the business takes care of the agency. Or that seems to be the theory. Leadership is strong, accessible and demands the best from their employees. Junior staff is groomed through many aspects of the agency life and additional training is regularly scheduled for the entire office. Agency goals are shared with the office, but management's expectations for personal advancement can be fuzzy. The office is young or young at heart. Office skews female at all levels. Entry level openings are filled through the year-round internship program. Client work is taken seriously, but the office takes its fair share of opportunities to blow off steam.
