Sydney has developed a strong 4 star base with technology, corporate,
consumer and more recently health care divisions.
Being a smaller, boutique agency they have the opportunity to serve
clients on a more personal base rather than the larger firms here in
Sydney.
Green growth is a major factor and shows the client relationship
building which is increasing.
Holding staff is a problem as people want to work a couple of years
then travel and work overseas (Ozzies are great travellers).
Having a balance of age is important as you need some people who have
been in the industry and seen growth and change to assist the younger
professionals coming on board.
