Company is # 1 in their industry - with many competitors. Management
has very pompous attitude that they are the biggest, best, etc. Waste
Management should remember IBM and other giants who have fallen from
grace.
2 recruiters from 2 different staffing firms said Waste Management and
another company in this industry has the worst reputation for how they
treat their employees in TX.
Advice to anyone thinking about working for this company or at this
location: THINK AGAIN. If you have another alternative, take it - even
if the pay is the same or slightly less - you will undoubtedly have a
more professional experience elsewhere - ANY where else!!
