I am on commission base income and the percentage of my sales is based
on a
tiering type structure. The more loans (measured both in units and
volume)
closed per month the better the percentage. I was promised and bonus for
staying
with the company during the transition and I did receive it. It was not
calculated the way we were told nor disbursed the way it was initially
explained,
but none the less I did receive it. Stock options are granted upon
performance
goals that are set by the company and are not fully vested for three
years.
Commissioned employees do not received paid vacations. The company has
several
sales contests throughout the year, again these are earned by set
performance
goals.
