I was initially misinformed during the testing about the hours I would work. We were told that we would be working from 1:15pm-9:00pm when in fact we were hired for the 3:00pm-12:00am shift. We were told later after we were in training about the shift change. We were also told that no other shifts were available and some people had to quit because of it. I was interviewed one time by Chris Ayers. Just standadrd interview questions to feel out if I really did have call center experience.
