Their focus is on how to capture the most market share and sometimes forget that their employees need the attention and support internally to accomplish the same goal. The office is not racially diverse (at least at this branch). The hours are different because we employ mostly commissioned employees, we work when we need to get the job done, a lot of odd hours. Dress code is typically casual and not a lot of room for advancement here in Michigan. Washington Mutual stumbled through our buy-out with North American and unfortunately have not healed yet from the bruises. A whole bunch of empty promises that we are waiting to come to fruition.
