Washington Mutual in all is trully a great company to work for. The
benefits alone are enough to make anyone want to feel this same way
about the company. The only issue I had was with the management at my
branch. No one was on the same boat, and it honestly made the whole
environment there an experience. If you are able to survive there, you
are able to survive anywhere. Outside of the branch, everything else
was simple to follow, and easy to work with. What I enjoyed most about
the company was their time spent on volunteering. No one I've worked
for before was so committed. Their dress code was nothing new,
proffessional. The hours are flexible, and the paid holidays aren't
anything to complain about. Another great thing about Wamu is their
idea of promoting within the company and they really push this idea. If
you've been in the same possition for some time, they let it be known
that it's not okay unless you trullly don't want to succeed.
