This is after I have been working at Beaufort County Hospital for 18 years. I was told that this pay was based on experience, but I was making $20.00 Hr at Beaufort Co. Everyone is upset that they are not getting Holiday Pay when they work a holiday. All surrounding Hospital give Holiday Pay to employees. I would like to know why Washington County doesn't. Employees are upset and don't feel appreciated. We understand that the Doctors get vacation pay how come employees don't.
