Improvements of the ER were to start in the spring,but so far nothing is going on. Improvements are going very slow for employees and the hospital. Equipment updates are slow for the laboratory and the ER. Only one nurse works in the ER Every night they need two nurses at all times. Everyone is upset that we do not get holiday pay. We understand that the ER Doctors do get holiday pay. Just wanted some answers about what's going on at Washington County Hospital.
