Employee diversity is one of the best in the industry and in competitive
and non competitive industies. Dress code is professional for non-
costumed employees. All others are supplied with uniforms specific to
their locations. These costumes are distributed from a central costuming
location and are cleaned and maintained by the company. Employees are
responsible for loss of these items, the inventory of which is tracked
through a bar-code scanning process specific to each employee. Records
of these are kept in a computer database and are available to the
employees (usually) in printed for upon request. No, the system is not
flawless, and numerous times we find that returned costumes do not get
removed from our individual records. This is handled on a case to case
basis, and fortunately usually works out in the employees benefit.
