Asst Mgr Asst Mgrs start at 29,500 and get an increase upon completion of a training course. This starting figure can be negotiated up, based on prior experience and track record. You recieve a yearly evalution with an increase of 3% - 5%. You may also be eligible for merit raise based on circumstances and performance. Year end stake holders bonus, was based on share method and store performance, but that has been changed to a percentage method based on store performance for all salaried managers. Vaction time is 2 weeks to start and 3 weeks after 7 years. Medical benefits are available, usually 2 to 3 different plans to choose from and is based on store location. Dental is offered thru Delta dental plan. There is a 401k plan, employer and employee contribution. Stock purchase is available thru payroll deductionwith the company matching 15% to a max of around $75 per pay period. Pay periods are bi-weekly.
