Business Outlook Surveys Job Title: demonstrator Location: medford,ny Submitted on: 17-Mar-04 Job Title Salary Survey demonstrator my current salary is,9.30.i started out with 8.50,you get two raises the first yr there,amount depending on performance,call outs,ect.every yr after you are eligible for one raise only,but can get a merit raise,if applicable.the raise can be only up to .50,so you can guess that it can get very upsetting after the first yr is over and you only have that one time yrly raise to get and if for any reason its not a good evaluation,you are only going to make alittle more then you were...ther is also "employee of the month"which they just started again(it had stopped for quite awhile)which the said employee gets a pin,and a gift card,from $15 to $25.When i was congratulated for getting a score of %100,which hadn't happened in 2 yrs prior for our dept.,i got a pin only.(the score was based on the secret shopper.)
