I was currently employed with another retail pharmacy in the same area. I was not seeking employment. I finally gave in and went to the interview thinking this would eliminate the phone calls. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they were offering me a considerable amount of pay increase. They never asked me what I was making at my current position. I would work fewer weekends and get a lunch break as well as work with another pharmacist during part of my shift. It was enough for me to make the change.
