Staff that has been with the company for a long time was not given a raise to bring them up so they would be making the right amount. Raises each year are terrible and you have to beg for 40 cents. After 8yrs they still say you are satisfactory and I don't even make $10.50/hr. They don't respect staff that has been with the company for a long time. If you can suck up real good then you can have the best raises. It's all about who they like when it comes to raises, not who is the best worker. Don't work there!!!
